1. Introduction

 

Welcome to WebSign. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website creation services and consultancy, including any related services inside Wix. By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

 

Important information below first:

 

• Make sure to double-check your "Website Name", "domain", and "your email" logged in as this will not be changed throughout the website process

• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and necessary content for the website. Clients must agree to the timeline for the project. Any wrong information provided by client is not refundable

• Our customers can see the live version while in the process of editing their page, so they can supervise it

• Revision date is available and must be requested before end of plan and after the finish of the website.

• Transfer ownership is available in Wix premium plan, but only available if the month is finished, note that maintenance is not available after transfer

• Installment will be 3 months, after fully paid your website can be viewed live

2. Services Provided

​

• We offer two primary services:

• Website Creation through Wix: We will create your website using the Wix platform.

• Wix Consultancy: We provide advice and suggestions for the website, clients will answer a series of questions to determine the scope of work and the complexity of their website

• View queries will be provided of ClickUp

 

3. Payment Structure

 

• One time payment for the service

• Maintenance fee is available for recurring payment

• Installment for 3 months, if paid fully and your website will get feature 

 

4. Responsibilities

 

• Our Responsibilities: We ensure that the website is fully functional and meets the agreed specifications upon delivery.

• Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and necessary content for the website. Clients must agree to the timeline for the project. Any wrong information provided by client is not refundable

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

• All content provided by the client remains the intellectual property of the client. 

 

6. Limitations of Liability

 

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

• Our limitations are limited to the Wix service limitations.

 

7. Termination

 

• Either party may terminate the Services at any time. Fees paid are 50% refundable unless otherwise specified.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

 

9. Changes to Terms

 

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
